Abstract:可充电锌离子水电池以其优异的理论容量和安全性优势在大规模储能领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,锌阳极的枝晶生长不可控,限制了循环稳定性,导致锌利用率低。本文制备了一种由聚氨酯(PU)和三氟甲烷磺酸锌(Zn(OTf)2)组成的分层多孔膜作为锌阳极的保护层,有效地抑制了锌枝晶的生长。由于PU/Zn(OTf)2 (PUZ)层具有层次性孔隙和丰富的极性键,不仅表现出较高的锌离子传输效率,而且引导Zn2+均匀沉积。重要的是,由于其稳定性,回收的PUZ膜仍然表现出良好的性能。从而实现了无枝晶锌阳极,并获得了良好的锌基电池循环稳定性。在剥离/镀锌过程中,带PUZ保护Zn阳极的对称电池在0.5 mA cm−2电流密度下的循环寿命(>1800 h)比裸锌对称电池(80 h)长。此外,受保护的锌阳极与mn掺杂的V2O5 (MnVO)阴极耦合构成了稳定且可充电的充满电池,在1 A g−1下循环3400次后,其容量保持率为70.3%。本研究为解决锌枝晶问题提供了一种可行的策略,为锌离子电池的应用提供了广阔的前景。
