Profile

余飞,男,长春工业大学材料科学与工程学院教师。 主要从事水伏发电、湿气发电、微通道水伏一体化散热、水伏热管理与废热能量回收等方向研究,以及水伏发电与芯片、LED等高功率器件散热的协同集成开展研究。以第一作者在 Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、ACS Nano、Advanced Science 等国际期刊发表多篇 SCI 论文。研究内容涵盖光生载流子调控湿气发电、低温湿气发电、高功率密度水伏发电及半导体废热回收等。博士研究期间获博士研究生国家奖学金、南湖论坛优秀学术报告奖、HORIBA奖学金、瑞航奖学金等。
