- 摘要:Nowadays, the discharge of industrial and domestic wastewater has caused increasing serious oil pollution, which not only harms the environment but also hinders the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. In this study, an oil/water separation fiber membrane with superhydrophobic, superoleophilic, corrosion -resistant and self-cleaning properties has been prepared by the incorporation of synthesized polydimethylsiloxane-polyperfluorooctyltriethoxysilane (PSFS) into electrospun polylactic acid (PLA) fiber membranes. The maximum water contact angle astonishingly scratches 170.80 ± 1.90◦. At 15 wt% blend ratio of PSFS/PLA, the tensile strength and elongation at break are 2.22 ± 0.19 MPa and 73.01 ± 4.35 %, respectively. The blended fiber membrane demonstrates excellent separation performance oil/water mixture, in particular, water-in-oil emulsion, and durability. The permeation flux and separation efficiency for n-hexane/water mixture achieve 11251 ± 270 L m 2 h 1 and 99.9 ± 0.1 %, while the permeation flux and separation efficiency for water-in-oil emulsion reach 4398 ± 97 L m 2 h 1 and 99.6 ± 0.2 %. It has good hydrophobicity under oil and lipophilicity underwater, then exhibiting considerable self-cleaning properties. After immersing in pH = 3, pH =10 and 7 wt% NaCl solution for 48 h, its various test values are almost the same as those of original membrane such as intact fiber morphology and satisfied super-hydrophobicity.
