Abstract:In this paper, the issue of wire beltline diameter control with large time delay and disturbance characteristics, we designed a compound control algorithm ACO-KF-PID based on ant colony optimization algorithm (ACO), Kalman filtering algorithm (KF) and proportional-integral-derivative (PID), and used it in wire production line diameter control system, and realized the intelligent control of wire insulation sheath extrusion molding. ACO-KF-PID compound control algorithm used ant colony algorithm of collective routing optimization characteristics and optimized the control parameters of PID to realize the online adjustment of PID parameters, and the introduction of the Kalman filter algorithm, using its optimal estimation characteristics to restrain the influence of the control disturbance and the measurement noise on the system of the wire diameter control system. We applicated the ACO-KF-PID algorithm to realize the real-time control of composite wire insulation sheath extrusion. The simulation results showed that the control effect of ACO-KF-PID composite algorithm was much better than traditional PID control. The wire diameter control system with the composite control method had the advantages of good anti-interference performance, stable work, strong adaptability and short adjusting time, and had the advantages of fast convergence speed and high speed.
