Abstract:吉林省粮食经济跨越式发展面临着许多瓶颈制约,要打破瓶颈,全省粮食企业必须充分认识和掌握WTO有关规则,遵守和履行承诺,确定前沿型思想观念,开发复合型人才资源,构筑创新型经营模式,运用实效型创新工具,积淀技术型文化底蕴,创建制衡型监管网络,实现跨越型快速发展。
