研究领域为计算化学方向:
主要应用已有的电脑程序和方法对特定的化学问题进行研究。目前主要致力于太阳能电池的相关研究。为了进一步的提高太阳能电池的效率,揭示各部分组成的构效关系,利用高斯,SIESTA,VASP,MS等程序,对一系列影响电池性能的参数进行计算与分析,解释实验现象的同时,设计更加高效的电池组分。同时开展有机半导体功能材料的理论表征与设计研究,主要针对染料敏化太阳能电池,有机太阳能电池,有机场效应晶体管和有机发光二极管中的活性材料开展理论研究工作。
