响应面法优化元蘑多糖提取工艺及抗疲劳活性的研究

- Abstract:元蘑为试验原料,利用水提醇沉法研究多糖提取工艺,并对其抗疲劳活性进行研究。对提取时间、提取温度、料液比等因素进行单因素试验,在此基础上进行响应面优化设计,得到最佳工艺条件为:提取时间3 h、料液比1:20(g/mL)、温度90 ℃,在此条件下多糖提取率为40.46%。观察小鼠负重游泳时间、SOD活力和MDA值、肝糖原、血清尿素氮提取率等指标考察元蘑多糖的抗疲劳作用。结果表明,元蘑多糖明显延长负重小鼠的游泳时间,提高SOD活力,降低MDA浓度,提高肝糖原含量,降低血清尿素氮浓度,表明元蘑多糖具有抗疲劳活性。
