Abstract:胸腺素α1是一种具有热稳定性的酸性多肽,由28个氨基酸组成,其序列为：NH2-Ser-Asp-Ala-Ala-Val-Asp-Thr-Ser-Ser-G1u-Ile-Thr-Thr-Lys-Asp-Leu-Lys-Glu-Lys-Lys-Glu-Val-Val-Glu-Glu-Ala-Glu-Asn-COOH。本课题以单体的分泌型表达载体转化大肠杆,对转化后菌体进行鉴定,筛选,选择表达量较高的菌株作为重组人胸腺素α1工程菌。
