Abstract:China's personal credit for e-commerce research focused on the surface of the system, and the research content is very scattered, theoretical and systematic index system not yet formed. In this case, from the system construction of the long-term perspective, China's national conditions e-commerce establishment of a suitable evaluation index system of personal credit has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper first discusses the personal credit, e-commerce credit and other basic theory, and mainly researches the credit risk of the sellers within the sites, drawing lessons from domestic and foreign banks in consumer credit in the credit assessment of individual indicators, assessment methods and Taobao's credit evaluation mode. And on the grasping index selected basis, we create evaluation index system for the seller's personal credit based on the third-party e-commerce trading platform. This system puts forward a feasible improvement methods from the authentication, establishment of transaction security deposit, the auction amount, making goods and services weighted scoring and many other; and with AHP evaluation we can make out the evaluation index ratio at all levels ,making it more perfect in practical applications. Thai system includes not only management issues, but also to a large extent rely on technical support; not only related to personal credit, but also to electronic payments, promises punishment, faith and other aspects of cultural development. The evaluation method can also be promoted and applied on other sites, and the data accumulated from network transactions can work as an important reference to assess when applied to other areas, which has a very considerable commercial value .All that can make the evaluation method become China's Personal credit evaluation index system basis.
