Abstract:With the development of e-business, more and more enterprises into the human, material and financial resources to conduct and promotion of activities, but not bring the expected revenue, companies have to make a performance evaluation of e-business. Performance evaluation of e-business can not only effectively measure the ability of e-business enterprise applications, but also for enterprises to improve the operation of e-business recommendations to provide guidance. So the research of the estimation of E-business performance is significant and important. Based on the domestic and international research status about index system and measured methods of E-business's performance evaluation, according to the characteristic and requirement of E-business, we use balanced scorecard and built an index system of E-business. And give the overall design framework of BSC in place, it also pointed out that among the various indicators of a causal relationship. Finally, this paper use AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for enterprise to carry out scientific and effective evaluation of e-business; use AHP to determine weights, in accordance with the fuzzy evaluation of the steps-to-business e-business to conduct an effective evaluation system.
