摘要：Under 980 nm excitation, Eu3+/Tm3+/Yb3+ tri-doped YF3 nanocrystals emitted ultraviolet and visible fluorescence. Besides the upconversion emissions from Tm3+ ions, not only were the unusual 5D2→7F3, 5D3 →7FJ emissions of Eu3+ observed, but also the ultraviolet upconversion luminescence of Eu3+ from 5H3–7, 5G2–6, 5L6→7F0 transitions were recorded. This unique optical property was attributed to the bridging function of Tm3+ ions in populating high-energy states of Eu3+ ions.
