- Abstract:采用化学溶解法成功制备出了形貌规则的ZnO纳米管。用扫描电镜（SEM），选区电子衍射（SEAD），透射电镜（TEM）和荧光光谱（PL）分别对产品的形态、生长过程及发光性质进行了研究。结果表明：该纳米管为单晶结构，可见荧光比较强而紫外荧光比较弱。文中详细介绍了制备ZnO纳米管的实验过程及生长机理。
