- Abstract:采用静电纺丝法制备了PVP/ Sr(OOCCH3)2•0.5H2O- C15H21FeO6复合纤维和SrFeO3-δ纤维,利用扫描电镜对纤维的形貌进行了分析,详细讨论了纺丝工艺参数(PVP浓度、电压、喷丝头与收集板间距离)对纤维的形成及形貌的影响。结果表明:溶液的浓度对纤维的形貌和直径分布有重要影响貌,不同浓度下,纤维结构变化较大,浓度过低或过高都无法形成纤维结构;复合纤维的直径随着PVP浓度、纺丝电压的增大而增大;当喷丝头与收集板间距离增大,纤维平均直减小。复合纤维经800℃烧结后,形成了较纯的立方钙钛矿型SrFeO3-δ纳/微米纤维,其平均直径在350nm左右,晶粒平均尺寸为32nm。
