- Abstract:本文根据大力发展中国农村教育事业提高农民整体素质,是解决中国“三农”问题的战略措施。结合教育技术专业的特点,结合电视媒体这一现有的平台体系早已深入广大农民群众的现状,设计出一种全新理念的利用电视媒体促进农村教育事业发展的模式,以求解决农村教育现存的问题。
