Abstract:针对铝合金型材多点柔性拉弯的三维成形过程,基于Abaqus/Standard软件建立了多点柔性拉弯成形的有限元仿真模型及混合算法。其中,拉弯成形过程使用动态显式算法,回弹预测使用静态隐式算法,并采用Abaqus/Standard软件的隐式算法对拉弯成形零件的应力、应变及回弹进行了预测。试验结果表明:基于混合算法的有限元模型能够有效地预测回弹误差,且随着垂直方向上弯曲变形的增大,回弹的理论预测值与实际测量值的差距逐步缩小。
