• Abstract:Nowadays, more and more enterprises have begun to pay more attetion to human resources in colleges and universities, and put too much energy into their management.the professional ethics and professional ability of human resource managers will have a direct relationship to the long-term development ofenterprises. At the same time, curriculum ideology and politics is one of the main ideas of education talents,which is helpful to curriculum knowledge teaching and the core elements of theoretical concept guidance. In order to combine the course of "Human Resource Management"with the course of ideology and politics, it is necessary to introduce the socialist political thought with Chinese characteristics into the teaching of human resource management in colleges and universities,comprehensively study the ideological and political elements of the course, focus on the reform of the course accoding to tie comprehensive teaching method, and take relevant suggestions for the cultivation of comprehensive talents for the society.
