    尚小红，博士生导师，长春工业大学化学与生命科学学院副教授。2004-2009年就读于吉林大学理论化学计算国家重点实验室和吉林大学超分子结构与材料国家重点实验室（硕博连读），2009年9月入职长春工业大学化学与生命科学学院工作。中国科学院长春应用化学研究所稀土资源利用国家重点实验室博士后，中国科学院大连化学物理研究所分子反应动力学国家重点实验室博士后。博士后工作期间获得中国博士后科学基金面上项目。研究方向：高分子复合材料的制备；有机小分子过渡金属配合物电致发光材料的分子设计与理论研究。发表第一作者和通讯作者SCI收录论文30余篇。获得吉林省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖（第一完成人），主持吉林省科技厅和教育厅科研项目6项。2023年被评为吉林省高层次人才（E类）。教育部学位论文评审专家。
