Zexiao Liu is a Lecturer and holds a Ph.D. in Economics. She is currently a faculty member at the School of Economics and Management, Changchun University of Technology. From 2016 to 2020, she studied Financial Management at Jilin University and received a Ph.D. in Management. From 2020 to 2025, she studied Quantitative Economics at Jilin University and received a Ph.D. in Economics. Her research focuses on green finance, energy transition, and sustainable economic development, with particular interests in green finance policies, energy restructuring, green technological innovation, resource and environmental efficiency, and regional low-carbon development.
She has participated in a Major Program of the National Social Science Fund of China, published an article in *Energy Economics*, a CAS Q1 journal, and published several papers in CSSCI-indexed journals. Using econometric, policy evaluation, and case-study methods, he examines how financial, energy, and environmental policies affect corporate behavior, industrial transformation, and the quality of economic development. Her research aims to provide theoretical foundations and policy insights for the green and low-carbon transition and the sustainable development of the economy and society.
