    工学博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师,长期从事碳纤维复合材料加工、专用刀具研发、机床能耗方面研究,先后参与国家863、重点研发项目,发表学术论文4篇、专著1篇,发明专利3项。


    主要研究方向:

    碳纤维复合材料加工:

    针对碳纤维复合材料层间强度低,孔加工中易出现加工损伤的难题,发明了碳纤维复合材料螺旋铣孔专用复合刀具及其加工方法,基于螺旋铣削加工特性及刀具提拉剪切作用,实现了铣扩复合加工及负向轴向力加工,从原理上抑制了损伤的生成及扩展,有效地提高了加工质量及刀具使用寿命。
