    黄炜祺，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。主要从事机械系统动力学、有限元分析、弹性力学分析、空间望远镜套筒式伸展臂结构设计及优化等方面的科研工作。先后主持或参与完成国家自然科学基金2项、吉林省科技厅项目3项、长春市科技局项目2项。多年来，与‌中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所开展密切合作，解决了一系列大口径空间望远镜套筒式伸展臂的关键技术问题。发表学术论文10余篇，其中SCI检索4篇。参与培养硕士研究生10余名。
